Office & Residential Complex – Lomé, Togo is a landmark mixed-use development in the heart of Lomé, Togo, designed by Sara Consult. K3CPS delivered the façade engineering, supply, and installation support for the stick curtain wall system, high-performance insulated glazing, and custom façade solutions. The façade combines multiple shades of blue glass to create a dynamic wave-like appearance while enhancing daylight, solar control, and energy efficiency. The innovative double-layer curtain wall creates a distinctive diamond-pattern effect, adding depth and architectural character. The result is a modern, elegant, and high-performance building envelope that enhances Lomé’s skyline.
