The new Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) Headquarters, delivered by Amandi Ltd, is a landmark commercial development in Airport City, Accra. K3CPS executed the complete exterior façade package, including a high-performance stick curtain wall system, aluminium composite panel cladding with a premium protective coating, and custom multi-coloured aluminium fins that create the building’s distinctive architectural character. The façade also incorporates high-performance solar control and acoustic double glazing, providing excellent energy efficiency, noise reduction, and occupant comfort. The result is an iconic and visually striking landmark that enhances the gateway to Accra.
