Silverstar Tower, the first multi-storey office building in Airport City, Accra, needed to be undergo a refurbishment of its external looks and performance to comply with modern regulations of fire resistance and general thermal performance. The K3 team worked closely with the client from the design of different options to the final execution using K3 BOND-ACP cladding.
