RANA Motor Apartments is a modern residential development in Dzorwulu, Accra, featuring a sleek and durable façade delivered by K3CPS. The project included the supply and installation of aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding using an open groove system, along with custom Z-shaped aluminium louvers that enhance aesthetics, ventilation, and solar shading. The façade incorporates a high-performance protective coating system, providing excellent resistance to UV exposure, humidity, and corrosion. This durable solution ensures long-term performance, low maintenance, and enhanced colour stability, making it well suited for Ghana’s coastal environment.
