The thirteen-storey building, located in Accra, is one of two current Grade A+ Office developments by Eris Property in Ghana. The first four levels are dedicated to car park and are protected on the south elevation by an inclined façade with double laminated glazing and louvered panels with the purpose of guaranteeing solar control and adequate air circulation. The remaining floors are destined to high-end office space to meet complex business needs and healthy work-life environments. The project team required European standards for the thermal and acoustic performance of the envelope, a detailed quality control process that range from the design phase across the supply chain through to the installation and commissioning phase, with particular attention to materials’ traceability and health & safety across all phases. Automation and smoking vents are present on all floors.
