Introduction

K3 Construction Procurement Services S.p.A. is aware of the importance of guaranteeing the security of the personal information of which it becomes aware when a user visits our official website. Given that the goal of K3 Construction Procurement Services S.p.A. is to safeguard its users’ personal data, we wish to inform you of the ways in which we process data and ensure its security and confidentiality.

 

Data Controller
The Data Controller is K3 Construction Procurement Services S.p.A. with registered office in Piazza Vittorio Veneto 15 – 13900 Biella (Italy).

 

Data Processed
Personal data: any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable – even indirectly – by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.

Data provided voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this website and/or the compilation of data collection forms, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, along with any other personal data provided.

 

Data collection
The personal data collected may be transferred or disclosed to other companies controlled by or associated with K3 Construction Procurement Services S.p.A. for activities strictly connected and instrumental to customer service operations. The personal data provided by users through requests to send information material (brochures, catalogues, technical data sheets, etcetera) are and will be used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested by the Data Subject. Such data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the Data Subject. Finally, it should be noted that the subjects who – in the context of their duties and as Data Processors or Managers – may become aware of the personal data provided are the employees of the entities: Image, Communications and Marketing Office, IT, Personnel and Organisation Office, as well as the Business Owners. Pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code, users have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data concerning them and to be informed of the content and origin, verify the accuracy or request the integration, updating or erasure of the data.

 

Processing
At K3 Construction Procurement Services S.p.A., the processing of its users’ personal data is carried out in compliance with the EU Regulation on the protection of personal data 2016/679 dated 27th April 2016. It should be noted that, as part of the normal operation of their activities, the current information technology and relative software procedures prepared for operation of the websites acquire certain personal data, the transmission of which is essential for the use of communication protocols via the internet. K3 Construction Procurement Services S.p.A. ensures that the same is and will be utilised for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to monitor its correct functioning before being immediately deleted after processing or after a maximum period of 5 years. The only exception is upon the event of computer crimes committed against the website, in view of which the data may be utilised to ascertain responsibility.

 

Rights of the Data Subjects
Subjects to whom the personal data refer are entitled at any time to exercise the rights granted under Articles 16, 17, 18 and 19 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and which grant the right to: access, rectification, updating, integration, erasure, limitation and opposition to the processing of the data. Requests should be sent via email to the address: info@k3cps.com or by post, to the address of the Data Controller. Furthermore, should the Data Subject deem it appropriate in relation to the processing of their data carried out by K3 Construction Procurement Services S.p.A., they have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body, being the Data Protection Authority.

 

Security Measures
K3 Construction Procurement Services S.p.A. has adopted all the security measures envisaged under Article 32 of the 2016/679 European Regulation on the processing of personal data. In accordance with legislative provisions, such personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and shall be deleted after processing or after a maximum period of 5 years.

1. What are cookies and how are they used?
