The Brian’s Beach Resort is a modern structure designed by architect Augustus Richardson, member of the Ghana Institute of Architects and managing partner of the Mobius Architecture firm.
All aluminum and glazing works were subcontracted to K3. After strategic analysis of the location and the project, the K3 team proposed the use of high-performance sliding aluminum systems with the aim of emphasizing the gorgeous sea view that the building will enjoy and above all to maximize thermo-insulating performances and ensure comfortable environments for the guests of the resort. K3 CPS is selecting the best suppliers of aluminum profiles and insulating glass, while the sister company K3 Aluproducts Ltd will take care of the assembly and installation of all systems.
